Hydranautics - A Nitto Group Company is seeking a machine operator to set up and run production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Oceanside, CA. You will prepare materials, monitor output, and maintain detailed production records to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include verifying gauges, performing trims with calibrated tools, loading/unloading materials, and keeping logs. Collaboration with teams and adherence to safety and 5S standards are essential.

Qualificações

• Six months manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Set‑up, operate and adjust machines.
• Read and understand work instructions in English.
• Maintain accurate production records and logs.
• Work both independently and in a team, with flexibility.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies gauges and calibration before tool use.
• Confirms trim measurements with hand tools.
• Operates trimming/production machines and performs cleaning.
• Loads and unloads products on equipment as directed.
• Meets productivity goals and assists with related tasks.
• Documents product data and defects in logs and reports.
• Follows 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Notifies supervisor of defect trends; performs other duties as assigned.
