Hydranautics, a member of the Nitto Group, seeks a Machine Operator to set up and shut down production equipment, prepare materials, and maintain output with detailed quality logs. The role emphasizes adherence to 5S and lean manufacturing principles while ensuring accuracy of records throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, basic math and reading skills in English, and can work well both independently and in teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• Six months manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Set-up and operate machines; perform minor adjustments.
• Read and follow work instructions in English.
• Maintain accurate production logs and records.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Set up or shut down machines and prepare materials for loading.
• Maintain required output levels and monitor production.
• Perform detailed quality inspections to meet customer requirements.
• Keep accurate records and logs of production data.
• Follow 5S and lean manufacturing standards for cleanliness.
• Notify supervisor of increased defects.
• Operate equipment to seal components and inspect results.
• Load/unload product from transport equipment to machines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
