Zusammenfassung

Hydranautics, a member of the Nitto Group, seeks a dedicated machine operator in Oceanside, CA to set up and run production equipment, prepare materials, and maintain logs to ensure output meets customer specifications.

Under supervision, you will inspect membrane material, load/unload products, document defects, and assist with 5S and safety standards on the shop floor. English reading and basic math are required.

Qualifikationen

• Six (6) months manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read work instructions in English.
• Ability to set up, operate and adjust machines.
• Strong record-keeping and basic math skills.
• Commitment to safety and lean manufacturing practices.

Aufgaben

• Inspect membrane material to ensure quality and prevent defects from reaching final assembly.
• Transfer prepared material to membrane carts and back to Rolling area.
• Verify glue ratio and placement according to SOPs.
• Load/unload product from machines and production equipment.
• Meet daily productivity goals; assist with clean-up and rework.
• Document serial numbers, defects, rejects and other production data.
• Maintain 5S standards and report any defects to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
