Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in the United States seeks a Machine Operator to ensure safe, efficient production of molded OES products per customer specs and prepare items for shipping.

You will review specs, operate equipment within cycle times, trim excess material, inspect quality, and report issues promptly while maintaining a clean, safe workstation in a non-exempt manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate verbally or in writing.
• Ability to display safety orientation and follow safety procedures.
• Physical duties include lifting up to 40 lbs and frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Review production specs before shift and clarify as needed.
• Operate machine to remove finished product within cycle time.
• Trim, file, or cut excess flash to meet specs and quality standards.
• Inspect pieces for quality and adherence to customer specs.
• Report product quality issues or damage to a supervisor promptly.
• Assemble components per order specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation.
