Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment is required.
• Thermoform, Injection Mold, Douglas, ARPAC, ZED or related machine operator experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to maintain a continuous production rate at high quality levels.
• Performs in-process inspections to ensure parts meet visual standards of acceptance.
• Produces parts in the proper quantity as per the production schedule.
• Performs pre-operation setup to ensure proper equipment startup.
• Adjusts machine settings to meet specifications and timelines.
• Performs procedures to ensure product quality in packaging.
• Reports material utilization and daily production data.
