Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring high-quality parts and minimal waste. The role includes setup, inspection, and adherence to safety and efficiency KPIs.

You will collaborate with leads and maintenance to keep production flowing smoothly. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior experience with manufacturing or packaging equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating manufacturing, packaging or process control equipment is recommended.
• Ability to understand and follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines to maintain continuous production at proper quality.
• Performs in-process inspections to ensure parts meet visual standards.
• Produces parts according to the production schedule and tolerances.
• Performs pre-operation setup and checks on equipment.
• Monitors product quality and packaging for compliance.
• Adheres to KPI targets for safety, quality, production, efficiency and service.
