Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six months of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Able to safely operate a sit-down forklift; CCM forklift certification program provided.
• Good communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot one machine independently (Shear, PNL, Turret, Brake Press, Robotic Cell, Cut-to-Length, Roll Forming/Seaming, Press Lock).
• Follow daily work orders with attention to materials and notes.
• Assist with operation of other machinery under supervision.
• Assist with end-of-line packaging and as needed.
• Band and palletize metal coils or sheets and label finished product.
• Perform quality checks for lengths, widths, and weights using proper tools.
