Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Proficient with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, gauges.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and email.
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery such as rolling mills and furnaces.
• Perform minor setup, adjustments and changeovers for production.
• Monitor equipment and material flow; report issues promptly.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and verify tolerances.
• Maintain accurate production records and scrap documentation.
• Handle measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances.
• Move materials safely using hoists, cranes, and forklifts.
• Follow SOPs, safety, and lean manufacturing practices.
