Job summary

Materion is seeking a Manufacturing Operator III to set up and run equipment for material fabrication. You will work with rolling mills, furnaces, saws, and cleaners, ensuring tight tolerances and high-quality outputs.

You will collect data, maintain records, and support process engineering as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of manufacturing experience, plus proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and measurement tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one-year equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Proficient with micrometers, calipers and measuring instruments.
• Able to roll to tolerances of +/- .0001 and measure thickness.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure quality per customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment (rolling, milling, furnaces, saws, cleaners).
• Monitor product quality and inventory levels; collect data and maintain records.
• Interface with Process Engineering as needed; ensure cleanliness of equipment and area.
