Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 1+ years of machining experience or Machine Technology certificate preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a continuous and efficient flow of parts through assigned machines while monitoring operation, quality, and detail.
  • Unload, inspect, and process ceramic and other components, removing nonconforming materials.
  • Record production metrics and maintain quality tools using basic computer systems.
  • Monitor machine performance, perform routine checks every two hours, and report repair needs.
  • Complete production documentation including shift pass-downs and keep a clean work area.
