Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Machine Technology certificate preferred.
• 1+ years CNC 3-axis machining experience with on-the-job training.
• Able to read and comprehend English instructions.
• Able to read mechanical drawings/blueprints including GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines (Mills/Lathe, etc.).
• Run 1-3 machines simultaneously and ensure precision.
• Assess tolerances and adjust tool offsets as needed.
• Measure parts with micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges.
• Document scrap and machine issues; communicate across shifts.
• Verify finished parts against drawings and ISO 9001 standards.
