Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • 1+ year machining experience or Machine Technology certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain continuous and efficient flow of parts through machines and monitor quality.
  • Unload, inspect, and process ceramic components; identify nonconforming material.
  • Record production metrics and maintain quality tools using basic computer systems.
  • Monitor machine performance, perform routine checks, and report repair needs.
  • Complete production documentation and maintain a clean, safe work area.
