Job summary

Alfa Laval in Tulsa, OK / Broken Arrow, OK seeks a Machine Operator to operate and maintain conventional and special-purpose machines, fabricating structural parts with precision. You will apply shop math, read blueprints, and ensure quality while supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to processes, and collaboration with Team Leaders to optimize production and efficiency on site in Oklahoma.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic math skills including reading a tape measure and calipers required.
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints preferred.
Experience using industrial machines preferred.
Forklift operation certification preferred.
Overhead crane experience preferred.
Proficiency with equipment such as radial drills, fin tube machinery, large vertical band saw, presses, breaks and shears.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain conventional and special-purpose machines to fabricate structural parts and assemblies.
Read blueprints or instructions for job specifications.
Set up, operate, and maintain machines including loading, machining, unloading and deburring.
Measure, mark and scribe dimensions for accuracy.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed.
Replace and install machined parts and test operation for functionality.
Maintain a tidy work area and assist team leaders as needed.
