Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math including reading a tape measure and calipers.
• Reading blueprints preferred.
• Experience with industrial machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain conventional and special-purpose machines to fabricate parts.
• Read blueprints or job specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain machines including loading and deburring.
• Measure dimensions for accuracy using precision tools.
• Monitor operations, troubleshoot malfunctions and adjust as needed.
• Transport products to assigned departments and ensure safety.
• Crosstrain in different areas to increase team flexibility.
• Maintain a tidy work area and follow safety policies.
