Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator I for 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK. You will set up, operate, and maintain conventional and special‑purpose machines to fabricate structural parts, reading blueprints, measuring with precision tools, and ensuring quality.

You will handle materials, perform adjustments, and assist with training while prioritizing safety and workplace organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Experience with industrial machines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain machines to fabricate parts.
• Read blueprints or job specifications.
• Measure, mark, and inspect dimensions with precision tools.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Safely operate forklifts and cranes for material handling.
• Assist with training and cross-training in different areas.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and adhere to safety policies.
