As an integral member of our team , you will play a pivotal role as a Machine Operator . Y ou will be essential in operating and maintaining conventional and special-purpose machines to fabricate structural parts and assemblies with precision. You'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in machine shop theory, shop mathematics, material machinability, and layout techniques-helping drive both quality and efficiency. With minimal assistance , you'll contribute directly to our organization's success and ongoing growth.
This position is in Tulsa, Oklahoma and/or Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

You have a High School Diploma or GED, preferred and:
Regularly exert up to 50 lbs of force occasionally; 30 lbs of force frequently
Stand or walk for 80% of the workday
Required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
Manual Dexterity: Reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting objects using upper body strength
Fine Motor Skills: Repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers for precision tasks
Communication: Clear verbal expressions and active listening to convey and receive detailed instructions
Sensory Abilities: Adequate hearing to distinguish sounds and spoken communication in a work environment
Must wear P ersonal Protective Equipment : steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs
Exposure to various weather conditions cold or hot, wet/humid conditions, and loud noise levels . No climate-controlled environment.
