The role emphasizes attention to detail, safe work practices, and timely production. You will follow blueprints, inspect parts, and assist with routine maintenance while adhering to quality standards and company values.

Shift is 1st (5 AM - 3:30 PM), four-day work week, and compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Foundation to succeed; training provided.
• Able to use calipers, squares, gauges, protractors.
• Good math and problem-solving skills.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, stand, move

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, packaging, and machine operation
• Review work orders and blueprints for specs
• Visually inspect parts and complete quality check sheets
• Solve discrepancies
• Perform other related duties as required
