Integer Holdings is seeking a Machine Operator in Minnesota to operate and monitor production equipment in a regulated manufacturing setting. The role may involve equipment setup and preventative maintenance as needed while adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will read blueprints, handle small precision parts, and perform basic inspections with attention to detail. Training, teamwork, and ongoing skills development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of drawings and blueprints with ability to interpret information.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Read in English, comprehend and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to safety, environmental, security and quality requirements including QMS, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Completes tasks with some independent judgment and problem solving.
• May assist in equipment set-up and more complex assignments.
• Loads materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance.
• Keeps documentation accurate and up to date.
• Cleans and maintains machinery; participates in continuous improvement.
