Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to provide administrative, inventory, and logistics support at our Forney, TX site. This onsite role ensures inventory accuracy, supports customer service and shipping activities (domestic and international), and coordinates essential warehouse and distribution operations.

As the primary link between operations, customer service, HR, and logistics, you will help maintain compliant processes, manage documentation, and support daily

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Onsite only.
• 1–2 years of related warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience required.
• Previous experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred (Manhattan ERP experience an asset).
• Powered industrial truck (PIT) operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities.
• Serve as liaison between operations, customer service, HR and logistics.
• Process BOLs, packing slips, and related documents.
• Maintain ERP/WMS records and update shipping addresses.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and proper warehouse operations.
