Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Adobe, and email.
• 1–3 years of Retail Banking or Loan Servicing experience preferred.
• Loan processing: 3 years (preferred); Loan origination: 3 years (preferred).
• Escrow: 3 years (preferred).
• Banking or credit union experience required.
• Basic computer skills with interest and ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Loan file maintenance and servicing of all loan types on the Bank’s core system.
• Review data input for accuracy and completeness.
• Process daily functions of all loan records, including loan payments, statement rendering, escrow check rendering.
• Adhere to Bank policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.
• Must be able to relate to customers and coworkers in a positive atmosphere of mutual respect without exhibiting behavioral extremes.
• Provide exception customer care (both internal and external).
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and employee information.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Assist other departments and co-workers as needed.
