Job summary

PeopleFirst Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist for full-time, in-person work in Joliet, IL. You will handle loan processing and servicing for commercial and retail loans, following bank and regulatory guidelines, and provide top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years’ experience in loan operations and customer service preferred.
• Must pass a background and credit check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documentation for commercial and consumer loans using LaserPro.
• Review legal documentation and book renewals and new loans in the core system.
• Process loan requests and order due diligence ( credit, flood, UCC, OFAC, good standing).
• Review daily file maintenance and loan bookings on core systems.
• Process loan payments, advances and payoffs in Fiserv Navigator.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and in person while ensuring policy compliance.
