Qualifications

• High school or GED with related data entry training.
• 19 to 23 months related experience or training.
• 7 to 11 months related management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain a filing system for loan documents.
• Image and index initial loan/credit documentation in the imaging system.
• Ensure documents are properly indexed for easy retrieval by end users.
• Perform due diligence to ensure forms are complete and accurate.
• Oversee check-in/check-out of loan document files.
• Respond to phone and email requests related to the Imaging Team promptly.
• Review loan files from acquired banks for accuracy with imaged documents.
• Retrieve and deliver loan files at payoff or on request.
• Complete required trainings (BSA/AML) and other compliance training.
