Job summary

Real Soft Inc. is seeking a laboratory technician to assist senior staff with testing and data collection in a fast-paced environment. You will operate and maintain lab equipment, prepare samples, and ensure accuracy in test results.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and the stamina to stand for long periods; a degree in science or technical field plus 1-2 years lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in science/technical field preferred; 1-2 years lab experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding environment.
• Strong math skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with basic lab tools: mixing equipment, glassware, calipers.
• Able to stand for most of the day.
• Able to lift parts up to 20-30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment within prescribed parameters.
• Enter samples, perform evaluation techniques, and use a computer for data entry and report generation.
• Collect and record data accurately according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
