Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrieve samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Perform routine sample preparation activities (e.g., prepping reagents, bottles, concentrations).
• Set up liquid racks and verify sample identification.
• Complete laboratory documentation and sample tracking records.
• Maintain clean and organized lab work areas and supplies storage.
• Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies as needed.
• Support general lab maintenance and day-to-day operations.
• Follow SOPs, QA procedures, safety requirements, and lab protocols.
• Collaborate with team to maintain an efficient lab environment.

We are seeking aLab Technicianto support daily laboratory operations in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This position is responsible for sample handling and preparation, maintaining laboratory supplies and equipment, completing required documentation, and ensuring work is performed accurately and in accordance with established quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve samples from Sample Control for analysis.
• Perform routine sample preparation activities, which may include:
• Spiking and tracing samples
• Preparing reagents
• Bottling samples
• Preparing sample concentrations
• Sample separation and sonication
• Setting up liquid racks
• Verify sample identification and resolve labeling discrepancies or anomalies.
• Complete laboratory documentation, including analysis results, sample tracking records, bench sheets, and laboratory logbooks.
• Maintain clean and organized laboratory work areas and supply storage areas.
• Wash and prepare laboratory glassware for upcoming sample work.
• Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies as needed.
• Support general laboratory maintenance and day-to-day operational activities.
• Follow applicable SOPs, quality assurance procedures, safety requirements, and laboratory protocols.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient and productive laboratory environment.
