The position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and efficient time management. You will maintain glassware, manage supplies, and uphold quality standards in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to document, record, and review information.
  • Basic understanding of laboratory concepts is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve samples from Sample Control for analysis.
  • Perform routine sample preparation activities (e.g., prepping reagents, bottles, concentrations).
  • Set up liquid racks and verify sample identification.
  • Complete laboratory documentation and sample tracking records.
  • Maintain clean and organized lab work areas and supplies storage.
  • Monitor and replenish laboratory supplies as needed.
  • Support general lab maintenance and day-to-day operations.
  • Follow SOPs, QA procedures, safety requirements, and lab protocols.
  • Collaborate with team to maintain an efficient lab environment.
