Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Holly Springs, NC is seeking an Inventory Associate to support Unity Lab Services by performing replenishments, stock rotations, cycle counts, and order entry using RF scanners and our mobile app.

The role requires 2–3 years of customer-facing, warehouse, or inventory-control experience, a High school diploma, and strong English communication.

Typical shifts are 6:00am–2:30pm or 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with GMP and safety requirements and on-site PPE.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer-facing, warehouse, or inventory-control experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using RF scanners and basic Microsoft Office tools is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Use handheld RF scanners and our mobile app to perform replenishments, stock rotation, cycle counts, order entry, returns, and backorder processing.
• Receive and inspect shipments, scan and store items, maintain cycle counts, and keep inventory records accurate.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, follow up by phone, and assist internal partners to resolve questions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to propose improvements and streamline daily workflows.
• Uphold safety and PPE standards and adhere to site guidelines.
