Job summary

Certified Group in California (Burbank) is seeking a Lab Assistant to join a fast-paced, ISO 17025–aligned lab network. You will log samples into LIMS, split and label, maintain temperatures, and support QC and purchasing tasks while upholding safety and accuracy. This role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork in a regulatory-focused environment.

We offer schedule Mon-Fri 10:00AM-6:30PM, with room for growth within the Certified Group family of brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with understanding of aseptic technique.
• Basic laboratory techniques and good manual dexterity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work in a team-based lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Log customer samples into LIMS accurately.
• Split samples between departments and ensure proper labeling.
• Maintain timeliness, accuracy, and reliability of work.
• Follow ISO and QC requirements.
• Assist with purchasing, inventory and media prep.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the lab.
