Job summary

Certified Group is seeking a detail-oriented lab technician to process customer samples, ensure proper handling and temperatures, and document results in our LIMS system. The role supports multiple regulated industries and requires teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Monday–Friday schedule with standard hours, occasional travel may be needed. The position emphasizes safety, quality control, and accurate record-keeping as part of our commitment to reliable testing services across North America

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of concepts and practices of a testing laboratory.
• 1+ years in a commercial food-testing lab preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and set up samples for analysis.
• Enter data and log analyses using a LIMS database on Windows.
• Process and maintain client samples at correct temperatures.
• Segregate samples per FSNS procedures.
• Assist with shipping of customer supplies and return coolers.
• Communicate with clients for order clarifications.
• Follow FSNS procedures and customer requirements in all steps.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and records in a clean, safe lab environment.
• Contribute to team goals and prioritize tasks accordingly.
