Job summary

W.R. Case and Sons Cutlery Company in Bradford, PA is seeking a manufacturing teammate for the 2nd shift to assemble Case knives and support production lines.

You will perform knife assembly, maintain tools, and ensure quality by following safety rules and procedures. The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand for long periods, and cooperation with Engineering and Quality departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of W.R. Case Job/Safety Orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble knife components according to specification.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Submit maintenance and tool/die requests to keep machines within specification.
• Assemble, bracker, and spin all knife patterns.
• Move trays between stations as required and return empty trays to the assembly area.
• Follow safety procedures and quality assurance specs to prevent defects.
• Keep area clean during and after each shift, and assist Engineering/QA as needed.
