Job summary

Benchmade Knife Company, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to work within the Assembly department. This role includes various assembly operations to create small parts into functioning knives. The ideal candidates will demonstrate good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions while working in a production floor environment. Safety equipment is required, and overtime may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of general manufacturing experience required.
• Ability to handle and assemble small parts.
• Basic computer skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble knives from components using small manual and semi-automatic hand tools.
• Visually inspect parts to ensure compliance with cosmetic requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams.
