Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related production environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to use hand tools, small parts, and precision assembly equipment.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fine assembly tasks.
• Ability to stand, bend, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble high-quality knives and components according to production specifications and quality standards
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects, tolerances, and overall quality control
• Use hand tools, precision instruments, and assembly equipment to complete tasks efficiently
• Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and standard operating procedures
