Responsibilities include using high-speed grinders, reading work orders, and maintaining equipment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and adherence to PPE and safety protocols in a production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grind, sand, and polish to ISO quality standards.
• Inspect finished workpieces against templates and measurements.
• Operate high-speed grinders to finish iron castings as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and wear appropriate PPE.
• Record issues and downtime and assist with schedule updates.
