Job summary

RealCold is seeking an Inventory Control & Office Team Member to help keep our cold storage operation running efficiently. You’ll work with warehouse and office teams to maintain accurate inventory, conduct counts, investigate discrepancies, and support daily operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, forklift operation experience, familiarity with cycle counting and warehouse management systems, MS Office proficiency, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Cycle counting and inventory discrepancy investigation experience preferred.
• Understanding of basic warehouse inventory functions required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Dependable, customer-focused and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and conduct inventory counts.
• Investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Support daily warehouse and office operations.
