Job summary

BestCo LLC in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Production Technician to read batch records, dispense ingredients, and maintain lot integrity in a fast-paced facility.

You will use scan guns, log data, follow cGMP, and collaborate with Quality. This role requires lifting 30-50 lbs, safety awareness, and the ability to work any shift with possible OT. Prior high-precision experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of precision/attention to detail experience.
• Comfortable working with powders and liquids.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Open to working any shift including overtime.
• Basic computer knowledge for cGMP training and email.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow batch records to mix and dispense ingredients.
• Maintain lot number integrity for all ingredients.
• Record all required information on batch records.
• Maintain a daily cleaning log.
• Use scan guns to verify materials and move containers.
• Follow cGMP rules daily.
• Calculate raw materials needed for ingredients.
• Assist with inventory control and usage inputs.
• Communicate with supervision to determine department needs.
