Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have HS/GED and 6 months to 1 year experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Must understand SDS and batch sheets and how to apply them in daily work.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to navigate multiple screens.
• Must be organized, able to multitask, and communicate clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review production schedule at start of shift.
• Review Batch Sheets and SOPs prior to each batch.
• Pull samples for lab analysis and ensure equipment is clean and ready.
• Stage raw materials and produce batches while monitoring controls.
• Document batch details including temperatures, pressures, and yield.
• Report deviations and issues to supervisor promptly.
• Assist in training of new hires when applicable.
