Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Batcher to blend products according to exact customer and plant standards and to deliver finished product to fillers. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, adherence to GMPs, and precise recordkeeping of production data.

Overtime may be required as production demands dictate. The successful candidate will have training in powered industrial equipment and be able to operate batching and thermal units while maintaining a clean, organized work area and complying

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must follow work procedures and safety rules.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow directions and posted warnings.
• Able to load/unload and move equipment/product up to 50 pounds.
• Must complete OSHA Powered Industrial Equipment training and pass tests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product sent to filler matches approved recipe and quality standards.
• Coordinate staging of ingredients and equipment to keep line supplied.
• Maintain batching room and thermal unit cleanliness and organization.
• Record production data: product, lot number, line speeds, and QA requirements.
• Report deviations from standards to line lead or supervisor.
• Perform any other duties as instructed by management.
