Job summary

Carolina Beverage Group in Mooresville, NC seeks an Ingredient Control Technician for the packaging and blending operations. You will prepare batched product, sanitize equipment, receive bulk materials, and maintain logs to ensure top quality and traceability.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally, with a 12-hour day shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. A high school diploma is required, plus potential certificates or related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred; or three to six months related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Create kits according to written procedures and formulas while maintaining quality standards.
• Weigh partial ingredients according to required amounts and label appropriately.
• Document issued quantities for every ingredient and lot number per kit.
• Inspect for quality and accuracy of quantities on all kits.
• Sign-off on all completed kits prior to shipping to the plant.
• Report updates or modifications of the kitting schedule to the Ingredient Control Supervisor.
