Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• Proven experience in hydraulic assembly or similar.
• Basic mechanical and electrical skills.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/schematics.
• Experience using hand tools and testing equipment.
• Forklift license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow assembly and test procedures.
• Gather components and prepare materials for valves.
• Assemble parts and prepare assemblies for testing.
• Perform tests on hydraulic systems per instructions.
• Troubleshoot issues during assembly/testing.
• Monitor performance to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and records.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve designs/processes.
• Participate in training to learn new techniques.
