Job summary

CADREX Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Hardware Operator I to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot our hardware equipment in a fast-paced production environment in Bloomingdale, IL.

You will perform inspections, adjust alignments, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure products meet specifications. The role requires hands-on technical skills, safety awareness, and the ability to work on the 2nd shift onsite.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience operating hardware machinery in manufacturing.
• Ability to read technical drawings / blueprints.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools.
• Strong problem-solving and quality focus.
• Ability to work second shift onsite in Bloomingdale, IL.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hardware machinery and related equipment.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions for accurate production.
• Monitor machines for abnormalities or deviations.
• Perform hardware assembly tasks as needed.
• Ensure precise measurements and alignment for quality.
• Conduct inspections of installations and finished products.
