Liberty Staffing USA is hiring a Hardware Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will set up and install hardware components into sheet metal parts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time production.

Candidates should have at least 1 year operating hardware installation equipment, familiarity with Auto-Sert or Haeger machines, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ISO9001/AS9100 knowledge is a plus; Epicor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating hardware installation equipment.
• Experience with Auto-Sert and/or Haeger machines preferred.
• Familiar with hardware components such as nuts, studs, and standoffs.

Responsabilités

• Install hardware according to manufacturer specifications
• Set up and operate hardware installation machines (Auto-Sert, Haeger, or similar)
• Perform stud welding, spot welding, and tapping operations
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Complete preventative maintenance on equipment as required
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines
• Accurately track time by clocking in and out of jobs
• Support continuous improvement efforts on the production floor
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist in other departments as needed
