Job summary

Integer is seeking a Machine Operator for the second shift to operate and monitor production equipment and ensure quality conformance. The role may involve setup, calibration, and basic maintenance of machinery used in manufacturing our products.

The successful candidate will read manuals, inspect parts, and follow established procedures while working under moderate supervision. Overtime and shift differentials apply, with a comprehensive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical schooling preferred.
• 2 years of related manufacturing experience; medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to work with small precision parts.
• Basic knowledge of visual and dimensional inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to core beliefs and safety/quality requirements.
• Operates machinery used in product manufacture under moderate supervision.
• Applies proficiency, completes tasks, and solves routine problems with some independent judgment.
• May assist in equipment setup and/or calibration.
• Loads materials into tools and performs finishing operations.
• Reads and follows operating manuals and procedures.
• Inspects parts visually and dimensionally for conformance.
• Follows documentation for product manufacturing.
• Maintains and cleans machinery as necessary.
• Performs other functions as required.
