Staffmark Group is hiring a Grinder Deburr Operator in Phoenix, AZ to operate grinding equipment, deburr metal parts, and inspect for quality in a fast-paced production setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience with grinding and measuring tools, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. This role offers steady shifts and weekly pay in a manufacturing environment that values teamwork and reliability.

Formación

• Experience with grinding/deburring metal components.
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, or other metal materials.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Grind and deburr metal parts and components to remove sharp edges, burrs, excess material, and imperfections.
• Use electric and pneumatic grinding tools to finish components according to specifications.
• Inspect parts for proper finish, dimensions, and overall quality.
• Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and production specifications.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment as required.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure parts meet quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and required PPE when operating grinding equipment.
• Identify and report defective or out-of-specification parts to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain consistent production while meeting quality and safety standards.
• Perform other manufacturing and production duties as assigned.
