Job summary

Custom Control Sensors, LLC is seeking a hands-on deburring technician in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves deburring parts, operating vibration/tumbler equipment, and potential bandsaw use to maintain quality output. Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements and demonstrate meticulous dexterity and English literacy.

Strong teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are essential for daily tasks and occasional overtime shifts in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR requirements.
• Proficient knowledge of deburring methods is required.
• Adequate manual dexterity to safely remove burrs.
• Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal English instructions.
• Ability to work with a numeric sequence and repeat instructions.
• Team oriented with flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine deburring and machine shop duties with limited supervision.
• Deburr parts using vibration and tumbler equipment; may operate a bandsaw.
• Maintain output that meets or exceeds standards and quality expectations.
• Work overtime and travel as required; conduct oneself professionally.
• Adapt to changes and assist with other essential tasks as assigned.
