Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group is seeking a detail-oriented Grinder for 2nd shift in California. You will finish sheet metal parts and enclosures using grinders, sanders, and pneumatic hand tools; prep parts for outside processing; maintain a 5S workstation, and follow lean practices and safety procedures.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred, strong communication, and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Finish sheet metal parts and enclosures using grinders, sanders, Time Savers, and pneumatic hand tools.
• Prepare parts for outside processing.
• Maintain a clean, organized 5S workstation and follow lean practices and safety procedures.
• Wear all required PPE and comply with safety standards.
