Qualifikationen

• Experience setting up and operating Blanchard and/or surface grinding equipment with a focus on precision flat grinding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders, including tolerances and surface finish requirements.
• Proficiency using measurement and inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, surface finish testers) to verify part dimensions and finishes.
• Knowledge of steel materials, grinding wheels, feeds and speeds, and safe machine operation practices.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to identify and correct dimensional or finish issues.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and working within ISO or similar quality management systems.
