Job summary

LISI AEROSPACE NORTH AMERICA is seeking a General Operator I to operate production machines and accurately measure parts to meet company standards. You will perform drilling, milling, stamping, deburring, and assembly while following SOPs and maintaining quality records.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints/MOs, inspecting parts with precision gauges, recording measurements, and reporting any issues to supervision. A focus on safety and 5S practices is essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprint or MO for product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Inspects product using calipers, micrometer, scales, templates, or other measuring instruments.
• Maintains in-process records, measurements and dates/times of production.

Responsibilities

• Operates secondary production machines under supervision and follows SOPs.
• Observes machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Reads blueprints or MO for product specs and tooling.
• Inspects products with calipers/micrometers to verify conformance.
• Records in-process inspection data and production dates/times.
• Reports malfunctions and non-conformances to supervisors.
