Job summary

This full-time role offers $22.00 per hour, Monday–Thursday 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, with a safety-conscious team and opportunities to grow skills in a precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have CNC operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Dependable and able to work the full second-shift schedule.
• Preferred: CNC setup/changeover experience and gears/heavy equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers.
• Load/unload workpieces, ensuring proper positioning.
• Follow CNC programs, setup instructions, and process sheets.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Conduct in-process dimensional inspections using precision tools.
• Make offsets or adjustments within established procedures.
• Monitor tool wear and escalate issues.
• Complete accurate production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and scrap targets.
