Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Suwanee, GA is hiring a Machine Technician / Setup Technician on 2nd shift. The role focuses on machine setups, changeovers, troubleshooting, tooling, and process adjustments to support precision manufacturing.

The position offers a full-time schedule Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Applicants should have CNC setup or machining experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

Previous CNC setup, machining, or machine technician experience.
Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and blueprints.
Ability to make process adjustments, interpret drawings, and use precision measuring tools.
Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Support and coaching ability for less-experienced operators.
Preferred: Gear manufacturing, CNC milling/turning, automated machining, or first-piece inspection experience.

Responsibilities

Perform machine setups and changeovers, install tooling and verify parameters.
Read and interpret blueprints and setup documentation.
Make offsets and adjustments, troubleshoot alarms, and support machine operation.
Support root-cause analysis for quality issues and minimize downtime.
Document technical issues and collaborate with production and maintenance.
Follow all safety and quality protocols.
