The position offers a full-time schedule Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour. Applicants should have CNC setup or machining experience and strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC setup, machining, or machine technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and blueprints.
• Ability to make process adjustments, interpret drawings, and use precision measuring tools.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Support and coaching ability for less-experienced operators.
• Preferred: Gear manufacturing, CNC milling/turning, automated machining, or first-piece inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups and changeovers, install tooling and verify parameters.
• Read and interpret blueprints and setup documentation.
• Make offsets and adjustments, troubleshoot alarms, and support machine operation.
• Support root-cause analysis for quality issues and minimize downtime.
• Document technical issues and collaborate with production and maintenance.
• Follow all safety and quality protocols.
