Job summary

Triumph Group in Macomb, MI is seeking a Quality Inspector (GMM Gear) for the night shift to perform ultra-high precision gear inspection and analysis. You will set up Klingelnberg equipment, program software, and verify gear tooth profiles against detailed blueprints.

The role requires 1–3 years in aerospace/military gear inspection, strong GD&T skills, and proficiency with precision measuring tools. The position includes a 2nd shift premium and benefits on day one.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T principles.
• Proven Klingelnberg software navigation experience.
• 1–3 years gear inspection experience in aerospace or defense.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate Klingelnberg P40/P65/P100 systems.
• Program and evaluate gear tooth topology and deviations.
• Interpret measurement charts to aid process corrections.
• Collaborate with production to ensure closed-loop data exchange.
