Job summary

Motion & Control Enterprises in Rocky Mount, NC is hiring a Fill Room Technician to support production by filling, assembling, and modifying pressure gauges and accessories to quality standards. The role includes cross-training to assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse tasks in a specialized distribution operation serving diverse markets.

The ideal candidate is detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable in a hands-on production environment.

Qualifications

Must have strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Able to read and follow work instructions, packing slips, and shipping docs.
Reliable, organized team player with good communication in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping/inventory systems.
Able to lift 50+ pounds and work in warehouse/production.

Responsibilities

Fill Room Production: fill gauges, assemble to seals, modify dials, and complete assembly tasks per instructions.
Handle packing materials and prepare items for shipping from the warehouse.
Pick materials from the stockroom to fulfill production orders and customer orders.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety/quality standards.
Cross-train to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions as needed.
